my Son had his car written off before christmas the other party admitted liability and we are still waiting for the money to come through have phoned them everyday and they cant tell me anything !! it cost me £237.00 to cancel the policy, this is our second year of insurance with them and never missed a payment wont be going back ! They have now applied to his bank to get copies of his bank account this is well out of order and they will be getting a phone call from me later !!!!!!
