My policy wasnt even live, I accidentally put my licence as 5 years (it was 1 month short of 5 years) complete accident. Would have upcharged me £200 for it, I then tell them I'll cancel. They charged me £55 for cancellation fee!! My account wasn't even active and I'd basically been with them 30 minutes
Dont go anywhere near them!
