Subject: My Frustrating Experience with AXA Insurance
I've been driving for 20 years, and I can confidently say that dealing with AXA Insurance has been the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. Their communication is virtually nonexistent, making the entire process incredibly frustrating. After waiting over 30 minutes on the phone, they pick up only to hang up on you, and it's impossible to speak to anyone in authority.
I've made over 20 calls to the company, and my claim is still stuck in limbo. The customer service, engineering team, and senior team are appalling. Despite promises of call backs, I receive one call and a voicemail saying they'll contact me again, only to hear nothing afterward.
To add insult to injury, I've been without a car for nearly 40 days because I failed to tick a box for a courtesy car, despite paying for fully comprehensive coverage. The claims process is painfully slow, and they write off cars based solely on pictures, sending settlement amounts without agreement.
In short, AXA Insurance has proven to be unreliable and far from providing a stress-free insurance experience. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of AXA if they want a reliable and hassle-free insurance experience.
