Had an accident and did manage to log it however as for trying to arrange a courtesy car which I pay for in my policy and trying to arrange for the relevant repairs to take place is basically impossible, I have rang 6 times to be placed on hold listening to terrible music for a minimum of 47 minutes and some calls took beyond an hour and then I got cut off!
if I made them wait for their DD every month I'm certain they would be pissed off too?!
