I would say no stars. Never know a customer service like it. Every time I ring I'm on the phone average 1 hour and a half before they answer. When it hits 2 hours they hang up. I've been promised a call back and not recieved it. They instructed co part wrong at the start. They forgot to process the payment until I chased it up.
DO NOT USE AXA. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere!!!!
