Given them one star as it doesn't go any lower. If you are a small business stay well clear. AXA and their loss adjusters have one purpose and that is to avoid paying out or limiting your claim. As a small business they assume you will not have the funds to make a legal challenge when they dump you. Don't assume the Financial Ombudsman Service will come to your aid they have no commercial awareness at all although can sort your washing machine claim or ppi claim.
