All in all Axa are very good but as an internet based company which wasn't stated when placed my policy for my vechine with them, I had to ring them by phone for my documentation only to b told that they don't normally do this as the documents can b printed from my online account as they are an Internet company. Have ing said that when I moved house and rang to change my details the lady on the phone said that it would cheaper for to do it myself as they would charge me a £35 handling fee if they did it, so she talked me through it and me and my partner changed my details online. All in all for my first year of having car insurance I would say that they are not a bad company to go with.
