A large company like AXA has been the worst at dragging their feet at paying out to those, including me who had to cancel their foreign trip due to the pandemic back in March. After doing everything to help out to support the claim by calling the hotels and airlines. AXA should frankly be stopped from providing insurance and be investigated by the financial ombudsman.
