I used the BoS telephone service as my phone mysteriously no longer works when setting up a bank transfer. Why has this happened when it always worked before and I already have a long list of recipients?? I do not want the app to fill up my phone! My other complaint is the telephone service. The operator did not listen to my instructions and did not check the numbers back to me. Consequently she overpaid £79.20 to a company, gave my payment the wrong reference and misspelt the recipients name. This has caused me great inconvenience and I have somehow now got to try to recover my money from the company.
