I took out my policy which was not a problem, then a few weeks later was informed there was an error in my details so my premiums went up. I was then asked for my documentation which every time I sent it I would shortly receive a letter telling me that it hadn't been received and then after 3 months of trying backward and forward my policy was cancelled without notice meaning I was driving around without insurance for 2 days. Eventually I got someone who was helpful that gave me her direct email address and allowed me to send my documents directly to her whilst I was on the phone. Then to be told by her that I had been paying too higher premiums.
