As my bike is not currently being used I decided not to renew my insurance at this time. I duly completed an online form on the Bennetts website and checked the 'No' box for automatic renewal. Despite this the policy was automatically renewed on the due date. I was informed of this by email. So I elected to call and was expecting a fight but to my surprise I was greeted by a very nice lady who was very helpful and has agreed to cancel the policy and refund the fee in full. Top marks Bennetts you will be top of the list when I do get around to renewal. (despite not getting a goody bag at the bike show haha!)
