Good company helpful staff and a great web sight. Unfortunately this week I managed to miss my MoT test appointment waiting 45 minutes on the phone trying to get through to someone to change my bike insurance over. Also think their £32 fee for changing any details on the policy is eye watering. Another aggravation though not entirely their fault is that every time I want to change the bike on my insurance policy I am told that the underwriters won't quote for my new bike even when it was on the policy a few weeks earlier. Having said that the staff do try and sort things out usually at a reasonable price. Still with them so they can't be that bad.
