I moved away from Bennett's a couple of years ago by the lure of cheaper insurance only to have my renewal premiums dramatically increased by Swinton Bike's I tried to discuss the increase with Swinton but they didn't want to know. Having moved my policy to Bennets I bought another bike and asked to change my policy to a multibike but unfortunately this wasn't possible. Rather than insist on cancellation charges and try to rip me off the helpful lady at Bennet's cancelled the initial policy with a full refund and then reinsured both bikes cheaper than Swinton's wanted for one. Fantastic and helpful service just hope its the same when its time to renew next year.
