I've been a customer of Bennetts for some time now insuring 3 bikes with no claims whatever & a full NCB however this could be the last time I use them as I didn't receive any renewal details in the post or by email first I new about this was finding the renewal had been taken from bank account with an increase of £120.00 upon telephoning them I was told they could cancel with full refund but couldn't explain the increase & would not give me an alternate quote. My advice pay by cheque or if you do pay by card make sure you tell them to remove details from their computer.
