Hi I recently called you bennets after I had renewed my insurance and asked them if there was any way to make my insurance cheaper to be told there was no way they could do it any cheaper so I cancelled the policy and then looked on a comparison site to find your policy's started at 1 third of the cost of my renwal premium why can't you look after loyal customers ? Also I have sent my cancelled policy back and am still waiting for my refund . I don't understand why I have to cancel a policy to get a better price . I would be interested in hearing your reply many thanks mike finney
