I have not had to make a claim with Bennett's, but once I moved house, literally around the corner from where I used to live, I was told that the policy would not cover me! My bike was still garaged overnight, Nothing else had changed, but my address. Turns out it's underwritten by another insurer. In short great on the surface, but when you have to update any details there is the ridiculous mandatory admin charge of thirty odd pounds, and then an excess amount to pay per month beyond the initial policy amount because their policy provider wouldn't cover my new address for some unexplained reason. Sounded like a cop out to me. I will definitely avoid them in the future.
