I can’t recommend BG enough, excellent service & staff. I recently took out car insurance as a newly qualified driving instructor with BG. Unfortunately I ran into some problems with historical No Claims Bonus paperwork. I emailed with a resume of my NCB issues & by 9-15 next morning I’d had a voicemail asking me to call in. Charlotte helped me through the process, whilst always considering the logistical issues I was having by getting paperwork from previous insurance companies, even giving me additional time on two occasions. My premium was looking likely to rise considerably but Charlotte secured a new deal. She took all the stress out of the process, arranged the new deal quickly & efficiently & I couldn’t be happier.
