The 1 star is for the price of the insurance, no stars for the rest, they asked for proof of ncd which I emailed, since then I have had 10 emails and 1 letter saying they are going to double my insurance as I haven't replied, they then asked for proof of no claims again and dob and postcode so after several attempts to send them it wouldn't let me, I've had to ask my son in law who is a computer wiz to do it, it took him over an hour to do it, I think they do it intentionally so they can charge you double, never again.????
