Utterly appalling! Blatantly riding the well publicised and criticised Auto-Renwal trick. Terrible Customer service will use delaying tactics to delay acknowledging your cancelation so they can keep charging you. They only started to make an effort to contact me about my issue after I left a bad review on Trustpilot.
