Despite being an existing customer, when I came to renew the quote for buildings and contents insurance was £28.43 per month, however, a further quote dated THRE DAYS LATER showed that the new premium would be £41.12 per month, an annual increase of £135.59 or a whopping 68%!!!
Very unfair and extremely misleading practice.!!
As a 74 year old living on a state pension , I cannot afford the cancellation fee
