To be honest I am reluctant to give this company two stars as many other customers have mentioned they will take your money very quickly but if your due money back you have no chance. My wife had a car insured with them, she sold the car and asked for a refund on the insurance paid out, first they changed a £60 admin fee for this service then they said they would transfer the £30 owing to our account, this didn’t happen, rang again cheque in the post didn’t happen, so last resort got in touch with the financial regulator. Sometimes you get what you pay for !!!!
