Horrendous.
Insured for a year, easy process and reasonable cost. No issues, no claims.
Came to the renewal, and it's almost double other insurers. Rang and cancelled. Got policy documents anyway, though thankfully they couldn't take payment due to expired card details. As they weren't able to take payment, I did nothing. Sure enough, cancellation notice arrived, but they now want to charge me £70-odd for the period u was insured, and a cancellation fee. Haha haha!!! No. Absolute cowboys. Avoid.
