In the end it turned out good. Why you don’t just give customers the best price for renewal, save everyone’s time, ringing round for quotes, then contacting you with a more competitive price, then you say we can do it for the same price. What a big waste of time. Hopefully next year will be different. Thanks anyway, at least I didn’t have to change.
