The question s above make them sound good when infact they were very poor.Firstly the woman on the phone was quite rude and nearly hung up .then policy came through the door and the info on there was wrong ie scooter model year , so i sent it back ,then it was wrong again, and there was a problem were they wanted extra money for a no claim accident in my van were some one drove into the back of me .i ended up cancelling the policy .a week or two later they sent me another letter saying i owed them money ,when i rang up it turned out they had started 2 policy on the first day when i rang them originally and took 2 lots of money from my account. They said it was my fault as i had started to do a form online (which i was unable to complete due to website unable to take the payment for some reason) so they did not give me a refund .so as i said at the top VERY POOR!!!!!!!
