Bad company. They required some documents. I sent it as a reply to their request without noticing that I had to send it to another link. Rather than pointing it out, they sent me a mail saying , my policy is cancelled. I was trying to call them for four hours. No body picked up the phone. Next day one lady called me and said they are small company with limited staff, so they could not answer the call after 5pm. They agreed to refund but deducted 300 pounds for just 2 week cover. Very poor service and irresponsible company. I will never recommend it to anyone.
