Thank you so very much for sorting my claim out... A very nice lady phoned me yesterday and informed me my money will be in my account within 10 days. Molly, again thanks I can't believe you have asked me to write a review I have phoned and e-mailed, beinging of May I sent in a claim, and I am still awaiting it. I have paid two payments since making the claim, they were out of my bank quick enough. I had my payment put up over twice the amount last year, I have since located a cheaper supply of my Dog's (Bart) medication - not that you know that as yet, mind I did tell the women I spoke to on the phone early this month. I do hope this review does make a difference, and that I get my claim through as soon as possible........ All I get told is they are very busy, well thats good as least you have lots of work there for people.
