Absolutely shocking 'service' from this 'company', took out van insurance over 2 weeks ago via Compare the Market whereby these con artists took full payment yet I have just discovered that my van isn't even insured!!!! I have tried to chase policy documents and received an email saying I would be contacted to validate the insurance but nobody has done so since taking out the insurance over 2 weeks ago, yet they were quick enough to take my money. I have called on numerous occasions now only to be told the same old story that 'someone will call me right back' 'I will get someone to send over the documents right away'. Emailed and no response. I can't believe this so called company is allowed to operate, it's absolutely disgusting they are able to take your money without providing the service outlined. I'm now left with no van forever waiting on a call back that never materialises. They state they are regulated by the financial conduct authority but that's probably another lie. I will be taking this to trading standards.
