I found buying insurance through Devitt online was a very easy and quick process and I got what I think was a good deal. The motorcycle insurance I bought was a brand new policy for a second bike so I did not have any NCB to add, as mine is already in use on my primary motorcycle policy. My current provider could not match Devitt on cost of this second bike.
Great price, good extras, and quick and easy. I haven't had to use any of the other services like breakdown, claims or speak to customer services, so I can't comment on any of them at the moment.
