SCUM! They charged me an extra £100 premium because of an accident on another policy in 2012 that I hadnt told them about. (Honest;y fogot) The extra would be fair enough. After all it wasn't like I was expecting something for nothing. BUT there was another accident in 2008 that they DID know about, that they hadnt charged me extra for, that came OFF my new policy under the 5 year rule. So it was a simple case of one off and one on. Things should have reamined about the same, but they didn't. Instead and as I'd already taken the policy out (£300) they sent me a letter demanding another £100 or they would cancel my policy and Id lose my £300 so I had no choice but to pay the extra. In other words, they 'played' me. Well I havent forgotten it and nor will I. Now Ive written this it will be very easy for me to copy n paste on to other forums so I can tell the world about my ebike experience. So thanks for the email and thanks for reminding me. That might turn out to be an expensive £100.. in the long run. Ya get me yea? ;).
