had an accident that wasnt my fault and i had recovery car, they ask me to pay 90£ to collect the car and the car was only 6miles away from home ..
im waiting for them to collect my car since wednesday to repair and till now they didnt gave me a courtesy car they say i have to wait to for them to collect the car and make a quote. thats not fair they should gave a courtesy car since the accident
