Both Caitlyn and Matt on your 'Chat' line were extremely helpful and efficient in sorting out my problem with my car insurance. Basically, I had received a threatening letter from the DVLA, as no-one had informed me that my cover had expired and I was 'illegal'. Matt arranged for a colleague from 'Sales' to contact me and re-instate the cover, and my follow-up chat with Caitlyn regarding entry on to the MID system was handled politely and professionally.
