Taken car insurance with this company through confused.com. Premium was increased when taking policy because according to them, not all questions were covered by confused.com, although they are happy to use this site.
Extremely rude customer adviser and poor service in general. They say they would send an email but it never arrived.
If you want to avoid yourself grief, do not use them.
