I took a policy out wit this company and after payment Adrian Flux then changed the goal posts requesting additional documentation than agreed on the insurance acceptance date. The additional documentation was sent but allegedly not received and so the policy was cancelled creating yet more charges to myself (cancellation fees) I have tried to contact Adrian Flux to discuss this by email and phone to no avail. The only correspondence received is yet more charges from a debt collection agency. Its costing a fortune to not have my vehicle insured, what a sham. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
