Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Very poor customer service. Compared to previous insurers the process of completing this application was a nightmare. It eventually stalled and we gave up. We had 5 years no claims, no points, a licence each, yet they needed to see proof (I can understand about the no claims). But they wouldn't even accept a emailed copy, it had to be a hard copy of each. What? The company is years behind the times and administratively is restricted in what it can do. Might need an updated IT system. The call centre staff don't seem to understand that their not really making life easy for customers and the cheek of one of the call centre staff beggars belief. If you do decide to go with them and do have extra requirements asked of you, then use the cooling off period to cancel the policy (14 days). Just beware they might keep your money. I will never buy from this company again or recommend it to anyone.
