Easy to deal with, everything's online and simple
Unfortunately when going to renew my insurance they wanted to charge me a additional £265 from the year previous. Even when I said that I had other companies offering £450 cheaper than them I was told nothing can be done and that's the best quote they could give me. Disappointing.
