Poor customer service - avoid like the plague!
Was insured with them for a few months, had an accident, contacted them and put an allegation over to the other driver. Didn't hear anything from them for weeks, finally when I contacted them they informed that the claim had already been settled and 50/50 was agreed, even though someone else hit me and admitted to it. They didn't allow me to say my side of the story.
They never contacted me once. Just totally poor customer service and claims procedure. They are cheap for a reason!
