I CANCELLED MY POLICY. THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I CANCELLED MY DIRECT DEBIT AND THEY SENT A THREAT DEFAULT NOTICE.
I CANCELLED BY TELEPHONE AND EMAIL AND TOLD THEM NOT TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW IT.
11 EMAILS SEVERAL VERY EXPENSIVE TELEPHONE CALLS RESULTED IN GETTING ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE...
I AM NOW CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN AND SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE.
I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE QUITE HONESTLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. BE WARNED...
