I have given a One-Star review, but that is FAR too generous. Agreed a price for insurance on my Tesla Model X. A week later, they charged be an additional 15% for "mistakes" made on the application, despite full disclosure and careful checking. Had an accident in my car, and had 4 hours of mucking around trying to get recovered, as these clowns didn't help at all. Dreadful customer service (and it's a low-bar in this industry). When settling the claim, they made things so stressful, would rather have gone through the accident another 10 times than deal with the hassle that they put me through. Icing on the cake was that I couldn't add a new car to the existing policy (which is a standard way of working) and that a whole new policy would be required, at DOUBLE the cost of the original insurance. They stated that this was because an open claim was still on the insurance (their systems not mine, and given that the claim was settled two weeks previously, this is incompetence at best). Tried to tell me that a £7K insurance was the best that they could offer, despite protected No-Claims. Hands-down the worst customer-experience I have ever experienced, and that's not just for Insurance, in my whole life have never had so much stress. AVOID these people if you want to retain your sanity.
