Absolute joke. Insured with these and put my partner on who had a none fault claim. They contacted me to say that my partners claim was actually down as his fault. I advised this was 2 years ago an actually someone had gone into the back of him. They asked for proof I therefore contacted the old insurer who gave me a valid letter to say the nature of the accident an my partner was not at fault and his no claims were not affected. They still came back and said well the claim hasn't been completely closed as the old insurer was still trying to collect money from the person who hit my husband. I then got another letter from the old insurer saying it is definitely a none fault it's just the claim isn't closed their end as they are recovering funds. Be wiser came back an said due to this they will have to find my partner guilty of causing the accident an the quote they gave me will now be almost 250 more expensive! What nonsense I in the end I've cancelled my insurance despite it not even starting yet an been told I will lose 40 admin fee. Save ur money an time an patience an don't bother with this unprofessional money making company!
