Incompetent, cannot be trusted with your personal data, they insist proof of identity and residence etc, all available to trusted companies (itself a red flag - if DVLA and Electoral Roll departments can’t trust them, how can you?), be provided by email or post, neither of which renowned for their security. A hacker will have a field day with your data, they seem unable to provide any sort of data safety guarantees. Your personal data is at risk using them, so avoid the hassle and go with a reputable company that can look after your data properly. Added to which, countless requests for calls back about my concerns have gone completely ignored, despite me being threatened with being placed on an insurance blacklist if I don’t provide the info quickly, totally ignoring my data concerns. Utter cowboys.
