This is the worst company for home insurance. I tried to cancel my insurance over the phone and I was told that you have to cancel online. I filled out the form but it won't send. Because of Easter and the form not sending, it was two days out of the 14 day cancellation period. They now want 40 pounds plus they have already taken 24 pounds cancellation fee. The people on the phone are so rude and don't want to talk to you but suddenly when you cancel and they want over 38 pounds cancellation fee, they have sent four emails and a telephone call in one day to try and collect the cancellation fee. This equates to nearly 60 pounds to cancel for a 16 day insurance.
