Very poor customer claim department. They didnot ask proper questions. They want me to prove that damage and will not send out surveryor. My toilet is sinking, damaged floorboard through a leak and they are trying to say that it is not covered . Even though I sent pictures. They are claiming if they send someone then if its is not covered by insurance then it is chargeable. No wonder , they do not ask for feedback. Never again. Not sure why which has voted them as one of the best insurance. They charges more than other insurance.
Will not be renewing with them.
