Insurance cover overall has been fine! Never had to use it but everything has been effiecent! The inclusive breakdown cover is another thing altogether! Home does third party provider held me to ransom when I broke down 60 miles from home! I had been waiting 40 mins in freezing wind and rain and they refused to tow me home until I had paid an £80 charge as it was over 25 miles! I didn't have my wallet on so I had to give them family members numbers one by one until they could get hold of one to pay my ransom! Absolutely disgusting service from them!
