Had a very nice guy phone a few days after purchasing my policy just to go over it and to make sure i was happy with what i was getting... They were Very helpful and polite when I spoke to them on the phone regarding fixing my windscreen. Information that was given was clear and understood.. Would recommend to my family or friends..
