Utterly appalling.. renewal price was £307 more than online price with ... Kwikfit insurance!!!!! and I got called a liar when I told the tele sales guy... who then cut me off. Phoned again (27 mins later) cancelled policy! Cancellation fee £50, £69 change of address fee (even though I'd changed it in Mar when I moved, when I was told it was £30 admin fee but no record of that conversation exists ) and an Admin fee of £30 for - Admin? I queried it and was cut off ... I went online to pay fee, to discover you have to phone up if I wanted to pay online because my policy was on 'old system' so I couldn't pay online... 19 minutes later I am free of kwikfit insurance forever ... yay!
