Worse experience ever...They robbed me of my FREE MOT, by claiming that my PLATINUM cover did not qualify me for FREE MOT when it states clearly that anyone that takes out Insurance ONLINE is eligible for FREE MOT...But when the time comes for MOT, I missed the small print. They charge £25 for late payments..and you struggle to buy out of the policy...They are just horrible, please don't go there
