Left stranded after car locked its self with key in it,despite having full breakdown cover and key cover ,after 12 hours they sent breakdown recovery, I'd already got a cab home, numerous phone calls, getting told nothing they could do,getting deliberately cut off and fobbed off,an insurance company is only tested when a claim is put in ,make up your own mind ,I'm cancelling my policy, ABSOLUTE POND LIFE.
