absolutely ridiculous and atrocious. my car insurance got automatically renewed without any notification or consent from a £70 to a £166. its a joke and am still waiting for someone to get back to me. impossible to get through their phone lines.NEVER AGAIN. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!
