Received quote (the best cheapest quote) however went to pay IN FULL (as I stated I would pay IN FULL in original quote) & the only option was to pay in instalments!!! (which charge an absolute fortune in interest) Tried phoning to pay IN FULL however you were closed (sat eve & sun lunchtime) It's bank holiday tomorrow & I expect you'll be closed then too !! A good way of getting more money from your customers- I have paid a deposit & will be taking this up further when you are eventually open !!!!!!!!!!! As I'm not happy paying in instalments. Apart from little mishap the quote was fantastic Look forward to talking with your customer services soon kind regards
