I had to claim for cracked windscreen, given wrong excess information when sold policy, hours of phone calls and despite being told they they would goner the excess figures I was given was still overcharged by the repair company when they came out, when I called to advise of this basically got told its tough luck!!!! DO NOT USE!!!
